SPX Update

SPX Close right on the neutral/bullish decision line. However, the 10-year Treasury yield rose to about 5.16%, volatility firmed and Brent crude gained more than 4%, reinforcing the inflation-risk channel and supporting energy relative strength.

SPX declined along the bearish Gann angle and then found support at the bullish angle. From a classic TA point of view, a rejection at the decision line and a break below the angle should lead to a pullback to the red zone where weak market breadth numbers will turn contrarian bullish. Otherwise the bullish 1x1 angle will coting as support.

A bullish move from current or lower levels targets 7775 - 7764.
