Four signals shaping the rest of the week:
1. Stocks test a fresh upswing. SPY and QQQ are in the midst of a new bullish run. Those advances typically last four to five days, but QQQ faces an immediate test at the 760 call wall.2. The dollar looks unusually stretched. Its 15-day upswing is far longer than normal, while the next daily cycle low is expected in about three days.
3. Treasury yields may be losing momentum. The 10-year yield’s weekly upswing has outlasted its historical average, and its daily trend has just turned lower.
4. A cycle cluster is taking shape. Daily cycle lows for SPY, QQQ and the VIX are all projected in roughly 10 to 11 days, creating a window investors will want to monitor.
